- Ensure a flat, grassy or clean surface is available for setup (free of debris, sharp objects, or overhead obstructions).
- Provide access to a power source within 50 feet and water supply if needed.
- Supervise children and all users at all times during use.
- Do not allow food, drinks, shoes, sharp objects, or pets on the slide.
- No flips, wrestling, or rough play.
- Ensure equipment is unplugged and protected from weather overnight during multi-day rentals unless otherwise arranged with the Company.
-Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental start date will receive a FULL refund.
-Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date FORFEIT the deposit.
-Cancellations due to inclement weather will receive a FULL refund or the option to reschedule, at the Company’s discretion.
